Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed and unaltered
- In original condition and original packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, washed, or used, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
